I called once for a concern months ago, no reply. I called last week for hormone replacement therapy, I was told the MA would call me back mind you I paid out of pocket 225$ for my blood work, I never have paid that prior at a different establishment. I was going to switch to the NP because the place I’ve been going to for years is unorganized. I specifically told the NP that I wanted hormone therapy there, she told me I would not be disappointed in their service, obviously I am.

I was referred to the Gynocologist bc I had an abnormal papsmear I had a Pap smear the doctor was rude and rough and made me bleed , in 2024 of last year was charged 300$ out of pocket and was refused a refund after my results weren’t sent off and was told I was going to die of cervical cancer because “I had HPV” when my results were never even sent off because according to the office manager in the front they “don’t do labs” but they sure charged me 300$ without telling me what services they provide and did my papsmear knowing she wouldn’t send off my results for further testing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE !

Bloom Aesthetics team was so amazing and friendly! Made me feel very comfortable during my service! I have had such amazing results from the laser and the aging facial w/ chemical peel! Can't wait to go back!!!!!

Stefani is my favorite person at Bloom! She is so kind and she listens to my needs and helps in ways that she can. Not only has she helped me clear my acne but now she’s doing laser hair removal on my mom and helping one of my best friends! I absolutely love her personality and the way she never judges! I paid in full for the vanquish treatment, which takes 4 sessions. I did the first session and it gave me painful knots on my hips. I told them I did not want to continue with the treatment and would like a refund for the remainder. I have heard every excuse with no call backs. I've gone up there and tried to talk to them with more excuses. This is big money and I received no refund at all. They would not even work with me, I was just ghosted like I don't even matter as a human being. I paid for a service that I did not get. They stole over $500 off of me. This was a splurge that I put on my credit card and I'm still paying off. I almost got a lawyer, just out of principal, but I was tired of being upset. Don't trust them. No character
