Medical Center West/Allure Med Spa

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was assigned to them for primary care, but they will NOT answer their phone. My insurance company cannot get ahold of them, and neither can I. Will resort to going in person soon, at the very least to make sure this is an actual doctors office and not a front for insurance fraud. Their automated voicemail also warns of a $150 fee for calling outside of office hours. The absolutely unmitigated gall is astounding.

Dr. Berry herself is fantastic! She’s very trustworthy and talks you through everything to ensure you’re at ease. Her front desk staff on the other hand is less than. Lots of miscommunication, lack of paying attention to details, and misinformation which is passed to the patient causing avoidable conflicts of schedules, delays (over a week I may add) in sending prescriptions to the right pharmacy, and other mishaps. I return due to my trust in Dr. Berry who truly cares for her patients and what they think. While her front desk staff seem to cause more trouble than help, I will continue to return for Dr. Berry herself.

Worst experience, Dr. didn’t listen to anything that my wife and I said, and instead of suggesting any type of lifestyle changes she immediately suggest pharmaceuticals. The worst part is their billing system, I paid cash at the time of service and they continually send me bills to which I can only assume is going to ding my credit. I’ve called half a dozen times to correct the issue and the only response I get is “oh don’t worry about it, we’ll take care of it” well you’ve yet to take care of it and I’m still getting calls and bills. She’s got one foot out the door and the other one is receiving the benefits of whatever Big Pharma sales rep is offering.

Dr. Berry is caring, and intelligent, and takes the time to give each patient her undivided attention to get to the bottom of any medical issue. I appreciate her willingness to work with you and her positive attitude. I also love all the office staff, they are amazing. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Dr.

Having been a patient of Dr Berry for over 22 years, obviously, I am very pleased with her care. Caring and very professional....I've never dealt with anything she could not give input both from the natural and medical camps. She is a good listener and really knowledgeable regarding Medicare. I discovered a compassionate supporter in her through a recent cancer diagnosis. I am in good hands🌹
