Alyn D. Hatter, DO, MS, FAOCD

This was simply THE BEST medical appointment I've ever had, in my 65 years. Office staff were very nice and helpful! Then my nurse, what a sweetheart. She was explaining everything. Then I met the P.A. (names escape me now). She was very thorough and she explained EVERYTHING, which in this day and time, doesn't always happen. She took 45 minutes to go through everything. In the end, I came out with what and why things were happening to my body. I feel relieved that what I thought I had, was not. Thank you DR. HATTER and staff! You guys are the BEST!

Dr. Hatter was very personable, very careful to explain all the procedures and the reasoning behind them, and receptive to any questions I had. He was also very willing to adjust his routine to my needs -- apparently I have an ability to burn through numbing medications quicker than most people; he had no problems with adjusting the dosage as needed. I'd rather not go back to any dermatologist -- but if I do, Dr. Hatter will be my first choice!

Anybody who reads my reviews know about 99% of the time they are always good...even if I have to really stretch ; but this time 5 stars isn't nearly enough. Due to age and my old body wearing out I've had to visit several Drs the last few years for various ailments...real or imagined so I have a basis for comparison. I'm blessed with my great treating physican ::Dr. Darren Atwood MD and his jolly crew. He did his usual good job in sending me to Dr.Alyn Hatter in Brownwood for this minor out patient surgery which I really dreaded. While at Dr Hatter's office I had the welcomed opportunity to meet not only him but his staff including these nice ladies ..Allie..Michelle..Morgan..and Samantha..hope I didn't leave anybody out. It would be hard to choose which one was the friendliest or most professional in my treatment...they were all GREAT! and that's an understatement for sure. Every one of them did their best to put me at ease and relieve my apprehension ,for which I am eternally grateful. Cancer is such a frighting thing to face in any form no matter how small especially for me. Both my mother and her only sibling passed from it in their 40s..so at 77 and a lifetime outside in the sun I've definitely pushed my luck. Every one there did their best to put me at my ease while maintaining their professionalism in every aspect of my treatment and to insure my comfort and remain pain (and undue worry) free..and I am truly grateful for all they did. So thank you each and every one and congratulations on getting your new larger office building. It was so nice to see all of the excitement you were feeling and willing to share with me. Update:::went in to have my stitches removed and yet another young compassionate young lady doing her job way above any professional standards. I've been blessed with the kindness of EVERYONE one at the office. Dr.Hatter has certainly recruited some of the very best medical staff in this area. My thanks to each person there.

Excellent Visit. Never like to see a Dr. in a professional setting, but if you have to, Dr. Hatter is a very good one to see. Saw at scheduled time. Took care of my issues. Explained everything well.

DR. Hatter and his MA and other staff are EXCELLENT ! The office environment is welcoming and relaxed. Dr. Hatter is both personable and extremely knowledgeable. I like him and I trust him. 5 plus STARS
