Dr. Yim and Sam her medical assistant were great. They explained everything to me before doing the procedure. Made sure I was comfortable. I was pleased.

We have never waited so long to see a doctor! First they had us show up 30 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. So my husband and I showed up at 3:15 for his 3:45 appointment only to find out he didn’t have any new patient paperwork to complete! A half hour wasted. At 4:15 (30 minutes after our appointment time but we had been there an hour) I asked how much longer it would be until we got called back and was told it would be at least another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, patients we had chatted with in the waiting room had been called in, been seen and left, all stunned that we were still waiting! At 4:40 (almost a full hour after our appointment time) we finally got called back. We were seen by a 1st year practicing doctor who was very thorough. She then went and got Dr Yim who came into the room for less than 5 minutes. Dr Yim told the 1st year doctor what to do and then left. We never saw Dr Yim again! The intern did the biopsy and completed the rest of the appointment. We didn’t get out of there until about 5:30! It made us wonder if Dr. Yim only spends 5 minutes with you, why is she running an hour behind? Absolutely ridiculous! We will never go to see her again. She clearly does not value her patients time!

Dr. Elizabeth Yim provided a clear explanation of her diagnosis and the recommended treatment and preventive measures. I have full confidence in Dr. Yim's knowledge and skills in her field, and I would not hesitate to return for care or refer friends and family to her. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the care provided by Dr. Yim, ( Physician Assistant in training). Following the exam, Dr. Yim requested an assistant to administer a steroid shot. Unfortunately, the assistant's approach was concerning. She entered the exam room , used the same needle twice, when giving the steroid shot I yelled out it hurts when being stuck the second time she showed no empathy, placed a bandage and left the room and provided no post-injection instructions. This experience has left me disappointed, and if this is indicative of the care she(assistant) would provide as a fully qualified physician, I would not choose her for care or recommend her to others. 9044 Note: I am not a doctor but being stuck twice with the same needle, should not be done.

The place is clean and relaxing. The staff is very kind. The girls in the reception are bilingual. The nurses have a lot of patient. The Dr Elizabeth is going explaining slowly your condition, so, you are going understanding step to step. The interpreter, also very kind . Excellent service. Thank you so much.
