Dr. Stephanie is great! After having tried other dermatologists and not getting anywhere, we have hit home with her. Started with one daughter, and now three of my daughters go to her. Highly recommend. Front desk personnel are kind and friendly, too.

Tell me why I had to pay $60 for them to spend less than 5 MINUTES with me and “prescribe” me the same over the counter things I’m already using. I know it’s the copay and they “don’t have control” over that, but how can you ethically charge someone that fee and spend literally less than 5 minutes with them? Positive is that Patience at the front desk is super sweet.

I've been a patient at Tru-Skin Dermatology for three years, and I can't say enough great things about Stephani Bui. She identified pre-cancerous skin early on and ensured it was completely removed with follow-up care. Her expertise, kindness, and thoroughness make her truly exceptional.

Incredibly horrible at communicating. In person the office and doctors are great. However, I was left one voicemail telling me a mole biopsy was abnormal and I needed further treatment. This caused a bit of concern and I immediately called back and got a voicemail. I have left 5 voicemails over the past week trying to get back in touch with this office to no avail. Way to make patients sit and stress…. Incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I recommend finding a different office that is not in the Tru-Skin chain if you want to feel like your medical team cares about you.

The appointment started off poorly with the ladies at reception discussing personal weight fluctuations and that if she hit so many pounds to just shove her in a trash can. All this while I’m in the lobby completing paperwork for my appointment. Was told not to complete the medical history portion of the paperwork, even though I had changes and hadn’t been in the office over a year. Got called back to the room and upon arrival the practitioner rushed through her evaluation making off hand comments along the way about needing to do this, change that, she wants to “take” that suspicious spot. I understand that is their job, but the interaction was poor. While I understand this is her everyday, I was made to feel not like a human with feelings or thought. When I questioned, I was told the biopsy was recommended because this could be the skin cancer that can kill me. Over all, horrible bedside manner in my experience.
