Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery - Cedar Park

Really liked Westlake Dermatology Cedar Park. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful. I found Dr. Miriam Hanson to be very good. She was thorough, listened to my concerns intently, was quick, made the procedures painless. My visit here was everything by I could have asked for. Will be staying with this dermatology practice for the foreseeable future.

DO NOT GO HERE! Every single front desk girl is so rude. They answer the phones with attitudes and do not treat you any better when you walk in. The rest of the staff is nice, but clearly not very knowledgeable. They removed a mole and somehow missed removing a stitch when I went for my follow up appointment. I had to go back in for another appointment after the area had become infected and inflamed due to them not removing the stitch. Not only did they not apologize for their error, but they charged me for that appointment, which only had to be made due to their error. IT GETS WORSE. Turns out there is ANOTHER stitch they didn’t remove and the area will not heal because of this. I do not want to make another appointment because I don’t want to be charged again. Very unprofessional.

Dr.Hunter is a top-notch dermatologist. I love Dr. Hunter! I’ve been seeing Dr.Hunter for many years now.I see her for both medical and cosmetic needs.She goes above and beyond. She treats her patients with care and compassion. I drive a long distance to see her and it’s all worth it! Her staff is excellent also. I highly recommend Dr. Hunter and W D in Cedar Park location.

My husband and I have been going to Westlake Dermatology for the past several years. We both saw Dr. Hunter-Ellul for the first time during our last visit and we couldn’t be happier. She was very personable, professional, and took her time to listen to our questions/concerns and then explained everything very thoroughly. We had the best experience with her and her medical assistant, Morgan. Morgan was so kind and attentive to all our needs. We have always recommended Westlake Dermatology to our friends and family but we will certainly be recommending Dr. Hunter-Ellul as the doctor to go see!
