Talk about immaculate. Fortitude’s aesthetic is stunning and you could lick the floor it is so well kept. Alicia, Marty, Helga, Nikki and Dr. Ortiz are kind, welcoming and the best at what they do. I’m incredibly pleased with the service provided and already noticeable outcomes. You will be taken care of here by professionals, which is most important to me when we are talking lasers and needles! Worth every penny, I’m deciding which treatment I’ll be investing in next!

Staff were very welcoming and not pushy at all with their sells which I really love. I had gotten the CO2 facial which I recommend trying, it definitely felt great afterwards and my skin wasn't irritated at all which is surprising because I would like to think I have sensitive skin so I definitely recommend you try it at least once to get a feel, will definitely be visiting again!

Alicia and Marty are great!! They treated me for acne with the cold and IPL laser for the past couple weeks and I have seen a vast improvement! Great customer service and completely understood my needs.
