I love this place. Everyone was so pleasant and patient. I had a couple of bad experiences at other places. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Renee was AWESOME. She was so understanding of my past issues and patiently went over where my concerns were and took the time to explain what she thought would work best for my treatments. She made the process so comfortable and stress free I didn’t feel like it was a sales pitch and that truly just want me to be happy. They are such a joy. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I love Identity Spa in Conroe! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and have always had the best experiences. Pat recently did a laser treatment for me and was so knowledgeable about the procedure. She walked me through everything and answered all my questions. She is professional, thorough, and has a genuine kindness to her. She cares about her clients and making them feel comfortable. Dallas is amazing as well! He’s done 2 of my last treatments and really takes the time to listen and make sure my experience is perfect. The front desk staff is always so kind makes it so easy to book. I love this spa and recommend it to everyone!
