Epiphany Dermatology

I visited for an annual skin cancer screening. The office staff are welcoming and helpful. Dr. Chung is warm, friendly and efficient, as was her nurse. I felt taken care of and recommend this office to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my daughter's recent appointment. We arrived at the clinic at 2:28 PM for our 2:30 PM appointment but were not checked in until 2:35 PM due to paperwork. After check-in, we waited and were called by the nurse at 2:43 PM. Our consultation with the doctor lasted only 20 minutes, yet we were billed for a 35-minute visit. When I inquired about this billing discrepancy, I was informed that this is standard procedure, which I find confusing, as we were the ones waiting for the doctor. Additionally, I encountered rudeness from the front office staff, which contributed to an overall negative experience. I have challenged this issue with my insurance, but I am not optimistic about a positive outcome and fear I may end up paying for a service I did not receive

While the actual care is not bad the billing here is horrible. I paid my bill during my visit and found out 60 days later I had an outstanding balance and they sent it to collections. Once I got the notice I paid it right away. If you have that New Balance credit like I do be careful about their billing

I was very nervous about my appointment and everyone I interacted with was very nice and friendly. Dr.Vin was very informative and empathetic. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you

I'm a little shocked at the reviews. Most seem to be based on getting an appointment, but I made mine through their website, and it was ridiculously easy. I saw Elizabeth Widmer, PA-C and she was WONDERFUL. She checked me thoroughly, took off a couple of spots that we were concerned about, and told me that I could really benefit from a chemical peel - which she did that day. The office was super nice, friendly, and organized. I am honestly baffled at the reviews. I will say, that I tried to call and didn't get an answer. She even told me that the phone service they use can be terrible - so assuming that is why people are struggling with appointments. Book online, and there is no issue. I also booked all my follow-up appointments while I was there, and had no problem getting in when I need to. She is definitely the best one I've been to ever! Super sweet, kind, fun personalities and great to work with!
