I was really looking forward to getting my first facial, but what I got was an experience where they basically took my money from me. They repeatedly tried to sell me their products, even as far as grabbing my phone multiple times to set me up with Affirm so I can sign up for payment plans for their products. It wasn’t a relaxed atmosphere, it was a hunt to get my money. I would NOT recommend this spa. They ruined my first facial experience. FYI, I did not buy the products but I was given like a “trial” facial that last about 15 minutes, but paid the full price for it. I’m super upset and I feel ripped off. DO NOT GO HERE.
