I was pleasantly surprised and happy to join this expansive 2-story Wellness Center. As a somewhat handicapped senior citizen in need of targeted physical activity, I found the staff were extremely helpful. Plenty of great quality exercise equipment for all ages, clean locker rooms with sauna and much more. Spa, massage therapy and more available with experienced DO and assistants. Pool is not working just yet so it got a 4 star but thumbs up!

Well appointed gym for a town the size of Cuero. Good mix of free weights and machines allowing for proper strength, cardio and flexibility training. Just participated in the Turkey 5k and it was a good time. Take advantage of the knowledgable trainers.

The best gym that I've been to. Friendly staff and plenty of workout machines. There is no reason for u to go there and no get fit
