dermani MEDSPA® Dallas (Preston Hollow)

I was first exposed to Dermani when living in Georgia and was ecstatic to find a Dallas area franchise had opened back in 2023. My skin desperately needed some TLC and Dermani came to the rescue! The estheticians are great and provide such quality service—Kacie is incredible. She tailors the treatment to what my skin needs and is very thorough/professional with each service. Her kind, authentic disposition truly helps me relax and I look forward to every hydra-facial, chemical peel, or session with her. Seriously—my confidence has grown while coming to Dermani to see her each month. Kayla is also such a a fabulous esthetician—her attention to detail and care for the services she provides to each client is topnotch. Like Kacie, Kayla believes in educating the client and takes time to explain what she’s going to do/why it will help give my skin the boost it needs.

Got my first round of botox here on Friday and I am SO pleased with the results. Everyone here is so incredibly kind. I have a severe phobia of needles and towards the end of my appointment I was feeling faint everyone offered me snacks and water and fanned me 🥹 genuinely such a good experience and again my results are AMAZING I feel so much more confident.

I was super impressed with Meagan. I needed a touch up of a Botox treatment I had gotten somewhere else and Meagan knew exactly how to correct it. She even did a on the spot consult with the supervising physician for the med spa. Highly recommend.

what a great experience. i had lip injections and was very nervous as i had only done them once before a couple of years ago at another med spa and it was extremely painful even with the numbing. this was not the case here. what a difference! it felt more like botox injections and not nearly as painful as my other experience. everyone was very professional and helpful with after care instructions etc. 5 + stars all the way!!

Kacie has been doing my laser for months and she’s the best! She does a great job every time and I’m making great progress in just a few sessions!
