Best skin care in DFW! Dr. Burns is one of Dallas’s very best plastic surgeon’s in Dallas when it comes to understanding lasers and keeping up with the newest technology and lasers. He teaches other physicians about lasers and how to you use some of the best on the market. Love Kelly, Lauren and Paige! They are very knowledgeable and excellently trained.

I have been getting Halo laser treatments for a couple of years and Kelly does a great job doing the procedure as well as making sure I am always comfortable. Recently Dr Burns did my upper eyelid surgery and I am super happy about it! The entire office makes you feel at ease very welcome! So thankful a friend recommended Resurrect Skin MD to me!

Over the last 6 yrs I have had Botox 4 times and every time my right eye drooped terribly regardless of the provider-so I stopped getting it a couple of years ago. I decided to try Resurrect Skin MD as I have always been a big fan of Dr. Burns. I nervously went in and met with Paige. I showed her pictures of my droops and told her how apprehensive I was about trying any neurotoxin. She patiently listened and explained why this could be happening and how we could get close to the results I wanted. She recommended we start very conservatively with me returning in 2 weeks for any tweaks. So that is what we did. I then met with Lauren for a laser consult. She was very knowledgeable and recommended a lighter treatment than I thought I needed which surprised me in that neither of the Esthetician's attempted to upsell or hard sell me on anything- which I have to say is quite refreshing these days. Back to my Botox - 1 week out - I have had wonderful results and for the first time in years no drooping!
