Juliet Gibson, MD

Dr Gibson is am excellent dermatologist! She is extremely patient friendly and she is thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and energetic! As one of her older patients, and a male who is not someone who embraces going to a doctor, she and her team make the experience comfortable and disarming. When I leave her office I go with the satisfaction of knowing any issue has been fully assessed, completed, or that there is a plan for what may come next. In an era where some doctors have lost or never possessed a " bedside manner" , she excels in providing exceptional care with a smile and graceful charm. Finally, her office staff from her in room assistant to scheduling follow her lead in making the whole patient experience memorable. I wish some of my other doctors/ offices could be trained by her in doing things the right way. Mark G

I have had several different doctors since coming to North Dallas Dermatology, all have been good. Currently I see Dr. Gibson, she is excellent. My old dermatologist before this facility just kept giving me more antibiotics for my acne which we now know is not a healthy thing to do. Here I get a topical and a hormone regulator that works just as well without the antibiotic side effects.

Dr. Gibson was incredibly nice, professional, seemed knowledgeable and answered all my questions efficiently. She made a treatment plan, but also had a plan b, so I look forward to seeing the results and working with her. Her nurse was also very nice.

I visited Dr. Gibson upon my primary provider's recommendation, but my experience was disappointing. During the examination, she was very abrupt and started without informing me or ensuring I was comfortable. At one point, her glove tangled with my hair, which hurt, but she didn’t acknowledge it. Her overall approach felt rushed, and the entire consultation lasted less than 10 minutes. Before I could ask any questions about the medication, she was already gone. When I picked up the prescription from the pharmacy, there were no clear instructions about how long and how much the medication needed to be applied… This is a private practice, not a busy public hospital, so I expected better care and attention. As a physician myself, I understand how hectic life can be in clinic. I also wonder if she was just having a bad morning. Either way, it left me feeling uncertain about her level of care and attentiveness to her patients.

I was pleasantly surprised at the diversity, welcomeness and friendliness of my providers! The service was impeccable and although I went in with one focus, I left with another issue addressed that I didn’t know there was a possible solution for alopecia! Life changing.
