Dr. McDonough and his staff are absolutely outstanding. Every visit is a seamless experience, from the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive care throughout. Dr. McDonough is exceptionally thorough during skin checks, taking the time to explain every detail in a way that's easy to understand, which always puts me at ease. His top-notch bedside manner and personable approach make every appointment a pleasure. I always leave feeling confident in the care I've received. Truly a remarkable doctor and team! Thank you!

Got to my appointment early and was seen promptly. Doc was awesome. He listened and educated me. He was super personable. Didn't feel rushed. Office staff was super friendly. Warm and professional environment. Also very affordable for the uninsured. Most places I called gave me a range of what I'd be charged. Anywhere from 200-350. This office gave me a flat rate and that's exactly what I paid upon leaving. Hoping my issues are remedied but if not, I will most certainly be going back to this place.

Dr. McDonough has superb bedside manner! He always has a smile on his face and makes going to the dermatologist feel like less of a doctor visit and more like a visit with your friend. He has treated myself, my 1 year old and 5 year old son as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my boys!! I will never be going to another dermatologist I can tell you that! Wish you could give him more than 5 starts him and his staff deserve it!

This is Hiroms, so the Dr knows exactly who is writing the review . I called the office at 4:00 pm today asking that I need to see the doctor as I have hives on my chest . The scheduler, receptionist said I can see you tomorrow at the end of the day . I reiterated that I am having a reaction and to have the nurse call me. a few moment later the office manager called me and I asked for the nurse not the office manager … the office manager said that no one is going to call me back they close on 20 mins and they are in surgery . She was talking over me and would not listen . I asked for the nurse to call me and she said that the nurse will not write a rx because they have not seen me before - I have been pt for several years - she still was over talking me and further added that the nurse can not give medical advice over the phone … NON OF THIS I REQUESTED . . I had to tell her to be quiet and LISTEN.. The office manager STILL would not . So I had no choice but to tell her If the doctor or the nurse does not call me back, I will no longer be a patient at his clinic. This is a highly unprofessional conversation, and I quite honestly do not understand How the doctors allowing this staff behavior to dictate his practice. I will hold true to my word if I don’t get a return call back you don’t need me as a patient

Been going to Dr. McDonough for a few years now. He’s helped me manage my cystic acne flare ups and always squeezes me in when I have issues that arise abruptly. All around good guy, personable, and intelligent. Highly recommend.
