I recently was talking to someone that emailed me about people I visited on my journey to facial reanimation and this surgeons' name came up. I decided to see if my review was still there. Honestly not shocking that it was removed along with another one that was super detailed and negative by another patient (breast not face procedure). I spoke over a period of two years on and off with this surgeon. I lived in another state and it made visiting a bit challenging so, I did cancel (in all honesty) four times but none of them were last minute. You would think I was a 'no show' all those times but I respect doctors time so, while I did cancel within that week there was more than 24 advance notice. That normally is standard and I was coming from 1500 miles away so, there was that. Still, when I finally made it to the consult this surgeon made cracks about 'finally showing up.' I have a sense of humor but the snarky disdain in his voice was hardly that. I immediately did not want to be there so I did a photo and then regretted it so, I asked him to erase it and then opted to go. . I do not even know why he agreed to see me since he clearly held a grudge.

Dr Rozen is a phenomenal surgeon. I had facial reanimation surgery in June 2024. My results were absolutely spectacular. I am so very thrilled with the results. He is super knowledgeable about plastic surgery and facial paralysis and his bedside manner is super super FANTASTIC. He’s the GOAT!

Having Dr. Rozen as my breast reconstructive surgeon was the absolute worst experience of my life. I don't want another woman to ever experience what I have gone through. I ended up having a severe infection because of his lack of care and dismissiveness. He would barely examine me and there were times I would wait for an extended period of time past my appointment time, only to be seen for less than ten minutes. There was hardly a physical examination and due to the lack of care I ended up with an infection so severe that I had to have antibiotic infusions. Ladies, please stay far away from this doctor. I am now completely stalled in my breast reconstruction process because my experience with him was an absolute nightmare. Please stay way! There are better doctors and no one should go through what I have gone through. I will say that his nursing staff is incredible and so is his administrative assistant. They are wonderful, unfortunately, he is not. I hope one day, I will heal from my experience, but right now I don't even want to think about breast reconstruction and it shouldn't be that way for any woman. Please believe me when I tell you- seek care from someone other than Dr. Shai Rozen for breast reconstruction. He is not what you are looking for as a breast reconstruction surgeon. It's not even his specialty. May God Bless you on your journey and hopefully I have helped you avoid the truly horrific experience I had.

Dr Rozen is absolutely incredible. I’m thankful from the bottom of my heart for him to give me back my face. Besides doing an excellent job I love his bedside manners. I wish we had more doctors like him with knowledge, and without the huge ego that most doctors possess. I would highly recommend him if you want an excellent plastic surgeon to do a magic like surgical performance. 10+ stars from me.

Where do I begin? Dr Sha Rozon gave me my life back. Over the past four years, I’ve isolated myself due to my facial asymmetry. HOWEVER, I’m so proud to say that I am only 3 weeks post op, but I can already see major improvements! My smile is basically back! I’m excited for the use of Botox in my eye, I know it will be great. Thank you Dr Rozen for being such a blessing. I will literally tell the world about you. Keep changing lives, you’re amazing!
