It is always an outstanding experience and Liz is the only person in my profession that I would ever consider letting touch my face. Her skill is unmatched in the industry, she has decades of experience but most importantly she is a true artist. Aside from that her kind and caring nature, always wanting the best for her patient as well as always putting our safety and best interest at heart. She is a gifted artist and the most wonderful human being. One of the best gifts that an aesthetic professional can give to a client is telling them no when it’s necessary instead of conforming to the 90% that just want the money. All of the staff at the clinic treat everyone with the utmost respect and professionalism. If I could give them 1 million stars I would.

Katherine at Surface Clinical is incredible. She made me feel so comfortable as well as the other staff members there. It was my first time getting botox, so I was nervous. She checked in on me and my results and was so great to get to know! I definitely recommend!!

I've been going to Liz at Surface Clinical for 10 years, and I've never had anything but the most professional and cordial service. And I know Dr. Barton to be a brilliant doctor with a gentle, respectful manner that is not so common among talented surgeons. I don't know the other side of the story described below, but it's obvious that all 3 negative reviews were written about the same event in order to have maximum effect. Again, I don't know the other side of the story, but I do remember decades ago a plastic surgeon refusing to proceed with a relative's surgery after she was already anesthetized because he picked up from his nurse that the relative had unrealistic expectations. I imagine that sensitivity is critical when you're talking about elective procedures, whether they be surgery or Botox (especially Botox if that was not what the patient originally went in for).

I was supposed to be booked for a routine photo facial with Liz but upon arrival I was mistakenly booked for a consult for Botox. So I went with the flow and asked questions about Botox and excited to try this out. Right before Liz was going to inject me, Dr. Barton called her back and told her to stop and "let me think it over" and sent me home. I thought this was strange . When I walked out I booked my photofacial. Then I got a call a week later telling me not to come back because I asked too many questions about Botox and Dr. Barton didn't feel comfortable treating me and thought I wouldn't be "happy with the results". I was really taken aback. I had been a happy client for years. I am insulted. I also take this as a huge red flag. When is asking questions about a procedure such a problem? I would chose another place for any treatments. Something is different and definitely fishy now at Surface Clinical. I do not recommend.

I cannot recommend a better place for lasers, botox, filler...all the things! They are sensitive to clients needs, conservative when necessary (so you don't look overdone) and knowledgeable about treatments and products. I have gone for years and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Love my Surface Clinical girls - every. single. one!
