I had a great experience here. This was my first ever dermatology appointment, so I went in for a routine check up and left 35 minutes later with all my questions answered. Dr Thrash is very efficient and I felt that I got exactly what I went for without wasting any time. The admin staff are quick, friendly, and knowledgeable as well. A+

I am typically not one to write a review, but I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Rose Knight. When she entered the room, she was accompanied by a man who was never introduced, and neither of them asked my permission regarding his presence. It was uncomfortable not knowing who he was or why he was there. As we discussed my history with psoriasis and the different medications I’ve tried, Dr. Knight immediately pushed a specific medication, making it seem like it was my only option. I expressed concerns about the difficulty of obtaining it and the idea of being on medication for life, but she dismissed my concerns. Every time I asked a question, it felt like I was annoying her for not just agreeing to take the medication she was pushing. She barely examined my skin and was in and out of the room in about 10 minutes. After she left, the nurse came back in and asked what I wanted to do. When I told her I needed to think about it, she actually presented another option—one that Dr. Knight hadn’t even mentioned. The nurse and staff were great, but my issue was with Dr. Knight. The whole experience felt rushed, transactional, and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend seeing her if you want a doctor who actually listens and considers your concerns.
