Had an easy time finding this N Dallas location.. All of the stall.was professional & gracious. Really liked Dr Rubin. He was professional and answered all.of my questions! Marissa,, his nurse explained every thing to me about treating my biopsy. Spot! All.in all , very pleasant - hope it's good news about my biopsy💜🩵💖 .

Dr. Truong, and the other people who helped me, were fast, efficient, and answered all my questions. The surgical (mohs) removal of my skin cancer went very smoothly, and I feel very confident about it. My one complaint is not with Dr. Truong, but with pain management. They recommended alternating Tylenol and Motrin, and ice. The ice pack helps, but Tylenol and Motrin did not do anything for the pain, as far as I could tell. Thank goodness I had two leftover hydrocodone/acetaminophen 5-325 tablet, that I cut in two, which I took over the next 2 days. I know that lives have been ruined or lost due to overprescribing pain pills, but I don't think prescribing 2 or 3 is going to lead to addiction.

Both this doctor and her PA were very friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to me carefully and formulate thoughtful answers. I was very comfortable with both of them.

Dr. Howard Rubin, and his assistant, Kristi, were great. Dr. Rubin is humble, down to Earth, explains things well, educates, and treated me like a human with emotions and needs. Excellent job! Kristi worked alongside Dr, Rubin, helping make the process more efficient. She had great suggestions during discussions and was very pleasant and attentive to my needs as a patient. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

I met with Dr. Sitabkhan for a hair growth consultation, and that was the first time I felt heard regarding my concerns. Previous dermatologists only worked on reducing my scalp folliculitis without helping me get my hair back. Great experience so far and I'm excited for future appointments and progress.
