Vitalyc Medspa | Oak Lawn

I recently visited Vitalyc Dallas (oak lawn) for the first time, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff exhibited exceptional bedside manner, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in. The spa itself was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. What stood out the most was the staff's extensive knowledge. As someone with a curious personality, I had many questions and concerns, and they were more than happy to address each one. I felt encouraged to share my thoughts and express what I wanted done, which made the whole experience feel personalized and attentive. I also appreciated the follow-up appointment scheduled for 10 days later. This commitment to continuity shows that they genuinely care about their clients' experiences and outcomes. It was reassuring to know that they prioritize thoroughness and long-term care. Overall, I highly recommend Taylor and Brittaneey to anyone looking for a professional and caring environment. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for their guests!

I initially came in for Botox after stumbling across a 20% off coupon online. I was blown away by the personalized experience and time Taylor took to thoroughly answer all my questions.Taylor is super knowledgeable and was able to provide me with recommendations and treatment options after examining my face structure/mannerisms. She also went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with cost and took extra time to find me additional discounts! When I say extra time, I was in and out within 30 minutes but did not feel rushed or like I had to wait a long time. The injections were painless and she offered vibration (if needed) to distract from the pain. No bleeding or bruising and I received exactly what I wanted. Another bonus- this is not a MedSpa that requests an additional tip at the end of the appointment. I have always felt a tad awkward tipping a medical professional and appreciated that I didn’t have to worry about that part of the appointment. All that to say, this business operates with integrity and it’s apparent that Taylor truly cares about her patients.

Taylor is the best! She’s incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. I always trust her opinion and never feel pressured. She is an expert on maintaining a natural look which allows me to age gracefully without looking strange!

Love love love Taylor. She is so incredibly knowledgeable in her craft and takes her time with you. You will never feel rushed or enticed to do something you don’t want to do- she has your BEST interest. She is amazing at what she does!
