Dr.Riddle has been my dermatologist since I was 13 and she has always made me feel understood and cared for. She’s really made a difference in my life and I encourage anyone who is looking for a great dermatologist to go to her. She’s goes above and beyond for her patients and you will not be disappointed.The staff are also always warm and welcoming.

$100 visit after Aetna insurance. The doctor spoke to me for less than two minutes. She could not answer any questions about makeup brands that are good for sensitive skin. She prescribed me a topical lotion that costs $100 a bottle. Most doctors I see generally care enough to be decently aware of potential medication pricing and give you a heads up or discuss if we need to go another route, not here. Could have achieved the exact same outcome for less time and money by texting someone on GoodRx. Called the office to discuss my disappointment with the cost and services rendered. $100 charge remains, nothing was offered.

I’ve gone twice to this office and seen by Dr. Dolan. She is such an amazing doctor, very understanding and caring, made me feel completely comfortable and I can not recommend her enough. Everyone I met was very nice and attentive.

Dr. Dolan is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been dreading and procrastinating making a mole check appointment for years. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Dolan and she was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. I have a follow up appointment in 3 months and I’m not dreading it because I had such a good experience. Everyone I encountered at the office was very nice and professional.

Had an appointment. Never saw Doctor Dolan. The assistant that takes you to the room was as far as I got. She told me the procedure I was there for is considered “Cosmetic and Insurance doesn’t pay for this”. She also told me the Doctor would NOT See me or Treat me unless they are Bleeding or Inflamed. I told the assistant that they were inflamed, but it didn’t matter. She told me I should probably go back to my primary doctor. I have never been treated like this from a dermatologist office that I didn’t even get to see the doctor. You can make your own decisions, but I will Never Ever come back to this place, and I am contacting my Insurance to let them know to NOT pay if they file a claim.
