Denton Plastic Surgery

I would like to thank Dr. Flugstad and his staff for what turned out to be an amazing experience. I live in Wichita Falls, Tx. and I had to find a plastic surgeon in the Denton area because the plastic surgeon in Wichita Falls did not like BCBS. I wasn't familiar with the Denton area. I liked Dr. Flugstad's reviews, so I had given his office a call and explained the situation. The staff told me that concern for the patient comes first and they have a pleasant atmosphere, everyone was kind and professional. I expressed my concerns, my questioned were answered thoroughly placing my mind at ease. Surgery went well. I have recovered, I feel absolutely so much better. This was a 5 star experience. Again thank you!

Absolutely love Dr Flugstad and his staff! I had a breast reduction and I could not be any happier with my experience. His staff always made me feel comfortable and made sure I was taken care of. Doctor Flugstad is an amazing surgeon and his bedside manner is relaxing and caring. My healing process was extremely easy and I never had to worry about a thing. He is great at his job and I will go back to him for any surgical need I can!

I’ve been waiting for this moment for so long.. to finally feel comfortable inside and Out! Dr. Flugstad has been incredible from inception to incision! Gave a warm friendly demeanor when I met him that instantly made me feel welcomed. His knowledge of burn reconstruction is 2nd to none! I’ve had plastics try to mitigate the tightness from these burn contractors but unfortunately that’s all they could do was try. Treating burns wasn’t what they specialized in and it showed by who I was surrounded with in the reception area. That was not the case when I walked through the doors of Dr. Flugstads office. I immediately felt comforted by the presence of other burn survivors. Him and he’s lovely team have created a practice with an impeccable service match only by its welcoming vibe. I came home after my intial consult visit and told my girlfriend “This feels right.” And only 2 weeks later, after having a major contractor release reconstructing the entire front of my neck, I came home saying “This looks right!” I can see Me in the mirror again and feel more like me inside🥹 Big shout out to Kristin and the rest of the team, for being awesome behind the scenes and pulling this together in only 2 Weeks! That’s unheard of! 👏 Thank you! You guys rock! Jeremy

I had brest cancer in 1991 and Dr. Leff did my reconstruction. Nearly 25 years later, I needed some repair work as my implant failed and I had an empty bag which had to be removed. Dr. Flugstad did the most marvelous work to make me whole again. I've never looked better and he is a real artist taking time to be sure everything is perfect. In addition, his caring manner and the excellent office staff leaves nothing out in making a person feel very special. Do yourself a favor and visit him. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. I'm just delighted with this loving care!! Oh yes, and high praises to Overlake Outpatient Surgery - immaculate facility and wonderful caring associates.

I had a very bad infection in the soft tissue in my face under my nose and in my upper lip. Dr. Rivet did an outstanding job with my surgery in removing the dead tissue in my face as well as inside my mouth where all the infected tissue had died and swelled up. Dr. Rivet said i belonged to him for the next 3 months lol that made me giggle. Now i am not so worried about the infection everything is healing up great. Hopefully soon i will no longer have constant tingling and partial numbness in my upper lip and numbness pain from the surgery. Thank you Dr. Rivet
