Horrible first impression. Nobody calls you back when they have a referral in their office and they are booking months ahead already. I wouldn't bother with this janky management of the front office.

Dr Genie is the best dermatologist I have ever been to. I went to 3 other’s here in Amarillo snd they couldn’t help me and she had my skin cleared up in one week. My husband now goes there snd many of my friends. Highly recommend her snd her staff. Just need to be patient 💖

Genie is such a warm and caring person. She will really make you feel comfortable, and she is very knowledgeable at what she does. The staff is great, too. I even recommended my granddaughter to her. Thank y’all and keep up all of the good care that you each provide. I am so glad that your services are available in Dumas.

Dr. Genie Salcido is TRULY AMAZING! She is always dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate. She is a great listener, always goes above and beyond and works tirelessly towards the health of her patients. The entire staff as well are always friendly and helpful. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction from the front desk, to the nurses, and the amazing doctor. Each and every one of them are courteous, professional, and made my visits as comfortable as they possibly could. Thank you very much.

We have been to this office several times and always have excellent service. The office staff is friendly and the Dr/PA are knowledgeable and friendly as well. She spends time answering questions and explaining procedures. I don’t get frustrated if a have to wait a while in the waiting room because I know she is doing the same for all of her patients.
