Allure Med Spa

From start to finish, my visit to Allure Med Spa exceeded my expectations! Michelle was incredibly professional, kind and took the time to personalize my treatment. She thoroughly explained everything in detail and made recommendations based on what I truly needed, rather than just trying to make a sale. Her honesty, and expertise made me feel confident in my decision. I’m beyond pleased with my results and I’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

Michelle did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and took her time explaining everything to me. Michelle is very fast and professional. When there is any concerns she doesn’t hesitate to take the time to explain.

I booked an appointment online with Crystal for the Express GloFacial, and I was really looking forward to the experience! Unfortunately, I arrived at my appointment on time, and ended up waiting outside for 20 minutes. No one ever showed up or reached out to me letting me know they'd be late. I even recorded a video as proof. This is really unfortunate. I was expecting more from this place given the reviews. I was looking forward to the experience, but at this point I think I'd rather have the money back for the deposit I need on the facial. Edit: Someone reached out to me from Allure MedSpa, and apologized for the whole situation. She explained that the esthetician that was scheduled to do my facial is new, and she assured me that something like this has never happened before. She offered to refund my deposit, and offered a free facial at my convenience. I appreciate the effort, and will likely return to give them a second chance. I'll come back and update this review afterwards! UPDATE: So, I did go back to get the facial, and I really enjoyed the experience. I definitely saw results immediately afterwards and in the days that followed, and I'll absolutely be back for more treatments 💆🏾‍♀️
