The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless thanks to the skilled injector. They used a numbing cream beforehand, so I barely felt any discomfort. The results are subtle but exactly what I hoped for — I look refreshed and more youthful, without looking overdone. I’ve already received several compliments from friends and family. I also appreciated how clean and modern the facility was, with a calming atmosphere that made the whole experience enjoyable. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Called to inquire more information about the fluids that they give and the kind receptionist wasn’t able to answer my questions. I then asked to speak with the nurse on duty and I mentioned I didn’t mind being put on hold in the event that she was busy. The nurse then told the receptionist to tell me that, “she is too busy to answer.” I understand live patients come first and that’s why I expressed I didn’t mind being put on hold BUT even after that I was denied a simple 15s request of 2 quick questions I had. I am very disgruntled at how unprofessional this nurse was. Seems like the nurses there are only there for the title and not for helping our community. How sad.

I do NOT recommend Azul Med Spa. I went in for Botox and ended up with ptosis (drooping of my right eyelid), which is a clear sign that the injector placed it too close to my eyebrow or used too much. It’s been 16 days, and there’s no point in following up just to be told it will “wear off” or be given useless eye drops. This exact thing happened to someone else I know two years ago, so clearly, they haven’t improved their technique. I paid for 20 units, but the nurse kept pushing me to buy 40—thankfully, I didn’t let her convince me.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Azul Medspa for years, but unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill. The prices have continuously gone up, and the customer service used to be great, but lately, it’s been disappointing – responses are slow, and they don’t seem as attentive or welcoming. On top of that, they charge a fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, which is understandable to a point, but even if you try to reschedule, they’ll push your appointment back between 30-40 days! That’s just not reasonable when you’re trying to maintain a routine or address a time-sensitive issue. Definitely won't be going back.
