I started going to the Azul MedSpa West Laser Clinic for treatment earlier this year, and it has been an incredibly positive experience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and they know exactly what they are doing! The treatments I received have been life changing and i highly recommend them!

I’ve been getting my Botox and filler with nurse Kalie. Not only is she very thorough but she also helps me with my fear of needles. Kalie has the most gentle hand and is very patient with me. Even though I have a fear of needles, I always come out laughing and leaving the office so relieved. When I first started getting fillers, I was scared to look unnatural. Kalie has kept me feeling youthful, rejuvenated and a better version of myself. Highly recommend.

I recently had a great experience with nurse injector Kaile, I went in to get lip filler, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in Kaile created a comfortable environment for me!! Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the whole process, She has a great hand, I felt confident under her care as she kept reassuring me!! what stood out for me the most is Kaile’s ability to make the whole experience so fun and quick for me. I have done work with her a couple times now and beyond her professionalism, she has a genuine concern for her clients and is committed to delivering exceptional results. I recommend her to anyone who is doing lip, filler, or any aesthetic treatments!!! I look forward to coming back.

Great med spa that I trust for laser, filler, and Botox. Staff is professional, warm and transparent, thorough but respects your time. They are also honest about the cost of service.

Before starting, to be very clear the staff is wonderful. Very kind, very professional. Absolutely love them. As far as actual services though I'm super disappointed. I've had cherry angiomas (the little red freckles) lasered off in the past elsewhere and the laser has always been super small, super painless and immediately effective. The angioma turns grey and falls off in a week or two. I went to this location to have a few lasered off including a large one by my eye. The doctor recommended using the big laser (the one for tattoo removal) and I thought ok, it's a big angioma that makes sense even if it's a different laser than what I've had before. The tech also expressed how unusual that was. So they used the laser on 3 on my face which was legitimately one of the most painful experiences of my life and of course left second degree burns on my face which is to be expected. Well the burns have healed and the scabs have fallen off to reveal the same angiomas right where they were. I now have burn scars AND angiomas and paid $400 for the privilege. I'm sure there are services they're amazing at but I felt like for this one no one really knew what they were doing and I paid the price.
