I highly recommend Dr. Dale Reynolds and Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center. I had a complicated breast implant exchange surgery along with a tummy tuck. Dr. Reynolds, Elva, and Norma went above and beyond to care for me. They were available after hours and checked in on me to answer questions and make sure that my recovery was on track. All of the staff was friendly and attentive and the offices are beautiful. I’m super happy with the very natural looking results and couldn’t be more thankful for Dr. Reynolds and his team.

I have been seeing Yolanda Morales, Skin Care & Laser Specialist for over a year now for some skin care pigmentation issues. She has been amazing at not only guiding me through my options of procedures but educating me along the way. I am extremely pleased with the results we have achieved. I will continue to see Yolanda for maintenance and much more. I would also like to add that your facility is always calm, welcoming and clean. The front office staff is top notch too. Especially Bea, she always has a great attitude and big smile. I would highly recommend Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center of El Paso to all my friends.

I come here for laser treatments with Mariana and I always have a great experience. Lying under bright lights with no makeup on when you have bad skin is uncomfortable, but I have never felt like Mariana judged me or anything. She’s super friendly, listens to patients’ needs (such as starting the laser treatment in a spot that’s less painful), and is very knowledgeable about the services the clinic provides.

I went in for scar removal with Yolanda. I was told there would be a noticable difference after the procedure, but there wasn't. I completely understand that scars are tricky, especially older ones, but to insist there was a difference when I was obviously just more tanned in the before pictures, which makes scars stand out more, was ridiculous. I would have preferred honesty and been told that the procedure unfortunately just didn't work with my type of scars, instead of being treated rudely when I pointed out the obvious. My husband and family have also pointed out to me that they see zero difference. I also had a hydra facial done and I've seen better results at other clinics. Extremely rude front desk receptionists as well. Everytime I would call to ask a question or book my next appointment, I felt like I was a bother. I was also once booked wrong and they had me wait over an hour for my appointment, without even an apology. Instead they acted like I was the inconvenience. I don't recommend this clinic, there's better out here in El Paso.
