Absolutely the Best! He performed my Blepharoplasty & Rhinoplasty. I look so natural, young and gorgeous now compare to before. I great experience overall. The staff and Ms. Jennifer were so attentive, kind and knowledgeable. They walked me through the whole process easily. I am so glad Dr. Weeks performed my surgeries for I look so beautiful now! The surgeries changed my life, and self confidence. The surgeries are beyond my expectations!!!
I will forever be grateful to Dr. Weeks and his staff( Jennifer and Natalie). Dr. Weeks has been more than kind, supportive and professional. What a successful surgery and astounding results! Absolutely terrible bedside manners and service by the employees. I have had several treatments done here in the last 3-4 years and have never had a single issue with this business keeping records on the treatments I have had. I called today to inquire on one of the two treatments I had done in February of 2015 because I wanted to know what I paid for it so that I can have it done again. Well, it has miraculously disappeared from my act history. No biggie. I was placed on hold and passed on to some woman named Rebecca. I provided the location of the treatment room and went as far as to describe it and assured her that I had In fact had that treatment done there on such day. She goes on to dispute my claims of having had such treatment at Envy. "Excuse me," I said, "Are you challenging my recollection of events and calling me a liar?" "YOU have NEVER been here for that treatment," she repeats, raising her voice. She then cold transfers me to the office manager, Pat, who also has no business running any type of office with her attitude. I explained the situation and she again states there is no record of my treatment. Right, because I created a fictitious story about having a treatment there. I remind her that I was calling because I wanted to have the same treatment done and was inquiring on the cost. I also mentioned that she needs to have a chat with her co-worker because there are plenty of other places like Southwest Plastic Surgery in this city who perform the same treatments (AND SO MANY MORE) and treat their customers correctly. I have been to both offices to have different treatments done and I have never had issues locating records of treatments or being called a liar at SW. I was simply stating a fact and my own experience when Office Manager Pat asks me (condescendingly), "So are you going to go to SW or us for your treatment?" I was livid. Rather than apologizing because someone didn't keep a record and offering to remedy the situation, she asks if I'll be going to their competitor, SW. She then states that she'll be "removing my records from their database" and hangs up on me. Do you really think that is going to affect me, Pat? You're not the only show in this great city of ours. And yes, I will be going to Southwest, like I have been for several years now. Business minded people would appreciate and welcome anyone who is willing to split their patronage at various locations. So delete away, Pat!! SW is far nicer and bigger anyway AND they treat their patients like royalty. 😘
Dr. Weeks is a modest doctor with great talent. When I first met with him he was straight up honest, telling me the areas that he could make improvement and the areas that did not need attention. The surgery went very well (upper and lower eyes) and I noticed that he was not hurried or rushed and enjoyed doing his "artwork." The results were exceptional and everything he promised and more. Dr. Weeks isn't the type to overhype his work or oversell his talent, but he is excellent, straightforward and a great doctor. Don't go anywhere else. Dr. Weeks is the best.
This was for my second miradry treatment. I had my first at EP cosmetic surgery. Since arriving the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unlike EPCS they do NOT make their clients wait in a hot car until they get called. They have up to date numbing treatments which cut the numbing time in half instead of using one by one injections. They sent me home with ice packs, antibiotic cream and an email to contact the nurse if there were any issues. This is going above and beyond for thier clients and I will recommend my friends and family, and will be a returning customer. Thank you so much to the nurse Vangie for her professionalism, courtesy, and education during the process.
