From the office staff to the medical providers- I have felt comfortable and safe since day one. Cheyenne Rincones listened to all my concerns and has never made me feel unsure about my health. She is kind, responsive and overall the best type of advocate for her patients. This is not your typical “treat and street them” place. They care and it shows!

The wait time here is completely unreasonable. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and I arrived early at 10:45 AM. Yet, more than an hour later, I am still sitting in the waiting area—not even in a room. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, and it’s clear that this facility prioritizes profit over patient care. I will not be returning.

Love it here! Olga is an amazing nurse along with the rest of the nurses as well. Made me feel welcomed and very understanding when it came to a lot of my issues. Will be coming back and highly recommend!!

I was excited to discover this office in the Northeast side of town! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and beautifully decorated for the season. I highly recommend IPCEP to all my friends and family!
