Fusion Healthy Aging

Heard about this clinic through friends and advertisements at local gyms. Have always been interested in alternative approaches to wellness and was familiar with the things Fusion offers. I went for the first time and must say the office staff was extremely sweet. It's a very clean, nicely organized office. Once I heard one of the staff members say she was drinking a turmeric ginger shot, I knew I was at the right place, lol. I didn't have to wait long at all. I saw Casie, the NP there. She was top notch. She's very versed in all aspects of what they do and it's just nice to speak with someone who is likeminded regarding the most important thing to someone: their health. It was a very good appointment and I will most definitely be back and continue seeing them. Highly recommended!

I love this clinic and their purpose. It feels very cozy and warm which is super important. I feel like one of the girls instead of a number. I love the HRT and going on my 7th pellet which is a life saver as far as dealing with menopause and the effects.. As Dr. Gardner said, why go through it if you don’t have to. Dr. Gardner is the absolute sweetest ray of sunshine. Highly recommend!

How a business responds to negative reviews is just as important as the negative review itself. It's basically telling you how that business is going to treat you if something were to go wrong. A negative review is a chance for the business to reflect and determine if there is room for improvement. A negative review is not a free pass to respond telling these people they're wrong -- it's was their experience, their perception. Now I want to be clear I'm not a patient at this doctor's office I was looking at their website and their online presence including reviews to see if I wanted to make an appointment. After reading the responses from the doctor it compelled me to leave this review and it goes without saying I will not be contacting them for an appointment.

I just want to say THANK YOU to Dr. Gardner and Cassie! I have complained about the same symptoms (progressively getting worse) to my PCP for the last 20 years. In the first 2 VISITS they have completely explained how NOT crazy I am and exactly what's going on. I just began my specific bio treatment Wednesday (less than a week ago) and I'm already noticing a difference. I am a believer for life and I'm singing their praises to every single person I know!

That place is a money-making gimmick only out to sell products at the highest prices for people that want to lose weight. I went to her and genuinely thought she was about helping, but when it was time for her office to do a little leg work and provide a PA for insurance purposes, they can't be bothered so a medicine they prescribed would be roughly 6000.00 and no it wasn't a weight loss med, it was an actual medication for my health. I paid for everything with no expectation of insurance use, but that was absolutely ridiculous. That place is a churn um and burn wine moms' dream...
