I went in last week to get a hydrafacial with an MA her name is Flor due to a lot of blackheads I’ve been having. She did more than beyond of a good job walked me through the process smoothly making it a pleasant experience for me as this was my first time.

My skin was so dry and full of pores before I started treatments at Le Reve, now my skin is more clear than ever for longer! As a dancer I sweat so much and my skin would become so irritated with zits and cysts, after treatments my cysts have stopped reoccurring, and Le Reve has products I take home to ensure I can keep routine that works!

Ashley is amazing! I got Botox, filler and hair restoration. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled! I had an amazing experience. I highly recommend this place!

I scheduled with LeReve for age/sun spots on my face. I was told the spots would fade away with laser treatment. I understand not everyone has good results, but I have not had any results at all. My dark spots are still there and have shown no improvement after 4 months. After the Juliet laser, I was very red and sore, just as expected and explained. I healed nicely and pealed just as I was supposed to; however, I got a very large, deep abrasion right in the center of my chin that formed a deep scab. I pointed this out each time I went in. The problem is, Ashley no showed my scheduled appoints 3 of the 6 times I went in, so this deep abrasion was never really addressed properly. Ashley also did a IPL treatment on the dark spots which did nothing either. Like I said, I do understand not everyone gets great results. The abrasion was there at that visit but she told me it would take time to heal. My final appointment was for micro-needling I went in at my appointed time but Ashley wasn't there, again. The technician told me she wasn't sure what time she would arrive but she would call her and "be right back". She said Ashley had other patients as well. I waited 20 minutes, and the tech never returned. I decided I had had enough of these inconsiderate no shows, so I gathered my things to leave. As I walked past the other exam rooms, there were no other patients waiting in the rooms or in the lobby. I left. Ashley called me about an hour later and apologized and asked me to reschedule for the micro-needling at no charge. I went in the next week. I was wearing eye protection so could not see what was going on, but at one point I believe Ashley was looking elsewhere because she ran over the bridge of my nose with the device. There was no reason to be anywhere near my nose. This procedure was for the dark spots on my cheeks and lower face, and it hurt! When she was done, I asked about the abrasion on my chin, again, and Ashley told me she thought it was skin cancer and to wait a week then start Efudex, which I already had at home. I didn't trust this advice and visited my dermatologist that told me it's a deep scar, not skin cancer! He gave me some samples and I also have used a scar ointment and this large abraision has not gotten any less red or any smaller in size. It has been 4 months since my initial visit and I have seen no results from the treatments, plus now I have a deep, red scar on my chin!! Needless to say, I will not ever return and will not be recommending LeReve to anyone.
