This was my first time doing anything like this and I had no idea what to expect. Melissa, I believe her name was, made me feel welcome and comfortable through every step of the procedure. She is sweet, kind, and caring through the entire process. I do have to say that the lip filler is a but painful but totally worth it. If I could give her 100 stars I would. And reading the one bad review makes me think that it was not Melissa who the customer met. I love the results and will be a repeat customer! Miss Botox is the place to go for your botox, juvaderm, etc.

Very bad service with an attitude she is doing you a favor allowing you to use her services. I do not recommend her at all. There are many qualified service oriented medical professionals in and around the Fort Worth area that operate as professionals should and properly service their patients with a proper attitude and appreciation for the thousands of dollars being spent at their medical facilities. The third incident was the deal breaker for me and the reason I will no longer give her my loyal business and money not do or will I recommend her services to anyone. The medical doctor she is working under that enables her to even perform cosmetic injections should take a hard look at her business practices and make necessary adjustments if he wants to grow this area if his business and retain loyal patients spending a substantial amount of money for his services. Do not waste your money at this cosmetic injection facility unless you are comfortable with a very bad attitude and no service.

I have been to her three times. My third and final time, she pressured me into getting Dysport, which I did not have successful results with. When I told her of my reservations, (as I wanted Botox, was there to get said Botox,) she very arrogantly told me that she does this every day, and knows the results better than I. I really wish I would have listened to my gut instinct, and insisted on the Botox that I went to her for. 11 days after my injections, I texted her to tell her I was unhappy with the Dysport, and crickets are chirping... No reply whatsoever. Her bedside manner is terrible - I found her to be very cold, rude, arrogant, and unfriendly. Ladies, we all know that having any kind of injection/procedure is expensive, and we work very hard for our money. There are many practitioners across this city, who are friendly, accommodating, and don't try and force a product on you that you do not want, or act like they are doing you a favor! Do a little Google research, make a few calls, and find somebody that will appreciate your business!

Melissa's experience is evident in her care & skill. She is super knowledgeable and presents with a professional, calm and empathetic manner. The setting is clinical yet warm and relaxed... all nervousness melts away quickly. Many of my friends have had the same 5-star experience but are understandably a little reluctant to admit to this kind of service on a public forum. Bottom line is I keep going back, and I send my friends and family there with great results.
