Was honestly pretty nervous about the procedure itself but Dr. Chen and his nurse Erika took great care of me. Just talking with them calmed me down and by the time I knew it the procedure was done. Would definitely recommend great doctor great staff.

Dr. Chen was professional, informative and knowledgeable from the first appointment. He listened to my concerns and displayed a depth of knowledge that was reassuring when making serious health decisions. His staff reflected his care for his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr Patrick Chen and his office/hospital staff were wonderful at letting me and my family members know exactly what was going to happen, what to expect and answering any questions we had throughout the whole process. They automatically filed paperwork for insurance for us. If the need arises, I would go to Dr Chen again, he has a great bedside manner, as some surgeons do not. This was the second time using him for our family, would highly recommend!

What an amazing experience this was and I'm so glad Dr Chen stuck it out with me for 2 years of trying to get this surgery approved three but I had an awful insurance but he stuck it out with me with two and it was a very long hard Road and his team I can't speak enough about their kindness their patients with my tears repetitive phone calls on questions and answers what I could to do to help even though it's not my job he was up front about what he was going to do and I was going to be a long hard Road to recover but it was in my department to do she had a lot of faith that I could do and I am doing no amount of words no amount of words can tell you how fantastic doctor Chin and his team really truly are I can't thank them enough for making my Christmas wish come through with this surgery for trying for 3 years thank you all so much God bless you and your team you will not make the wrong choice using him unless there is seriously something possibly wrong with you which please I hope not because this team and Dr Patrick Chin are the best Erica, Marabell,Britney omgoodness the new that called and push the approval through ya'll are truly the best 🥰💛🥰🩵🥰❤️ thank you so much really wish all the kindness words that can used here GOD BLESS BY😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏
