The staff here is out of this world they are extremely professional and friendly. You feel very welcome every time you come here. I love how they pay attention and recommend products by what they analyze that is needed and not what they recommend to sell. That made me feel that they truly are paying attention. I spoken with the manager and did discuss areas of improvement but nothing major that time can't fix. Highly recommend them 👌

Clean, beautiful space and impressive technology—but that’s probably it. I booked a consultation and put down a $20 deposit, which could either be refunded or applied to a future appointment if I decided to book their services. I went on a Sunday since I was a new customer. The skin analyzer was a very cool and informative machine. However, the aesthetician felt more like a saleswoman than a skincare professional. I work in pharmaceuticals as a scientist specializing in skincare and medical derma products, so I know my stuff. The moment they asked about my current skincare routine and I mentioned that I use Japanese and Korean products, she immediately dismissed them, claiming they might not be effective and that I needed medical-grade skincare. She then proceeded to recommend three different products they carry, saying they were her favorites. Yeah, right. I came in specifically for minor inflammation around my nose wings. She kept raving about these products. I couldn’t help but think, girl, if these products are so amazing and they’re your favorites, why do you have more inflammation all over your face than I do? Then came the membership pitch. The cheapest package was $150, but what she failed to mention upfront was that it required a 12-month contract—which I only found out because I asked. The contract was useless to me. About 80% of the services were tailored for older women, not a 25-year-old with relatively good skin. If you just want to treat yourself (like I was planning to), skip the package. Just book a facial whenever you feel like it. Sure, the package sounds like a deal at first, but only if you commit to going every month for a full year. If something happens—like breaking a leg and being bed-bound for six months—too bad, sucks to suck. But hey, if you’ve got extra money to blow, go for it. I left the consultation without buying anything because, honestly, nothing about it was convincing. I was told to call back on Monday (2/24) to get my deposit refunded by the manager. I forgot and didn’t call until 3/4. I called at 12:31 PM and was told they’d check my info and call me back. I asked, "When would that be? I’m calling during my lunch break. Can I call back in 15 minutes if I don’t hear from y’all?" She said, "Yeah, I should have your info by then for sure." An emergency task at work kept me busy, so I couldn’t call back until an hour later. I had my phone with me the whole time in case she called back. An hour later, I checked—no missed calls. But here’s where it gets weird: every time I dialed the reception’s extension (4), it kicked me back to the main menu. When I pressed (4) again, it said "invalid extension." I hung up and tried again three more times. I couldn’t help but wonder… Was my number flagged and blocked?! So I did a quick Google search on how to hide my caller ID (*67 before dialing) and tried again. And GUESS WHAT? My call went through immediately on the first ring. BRUH. I was finally able to reach them by 1:37PM. Final Verdict: ⭐ 1 star for the clean, beautiful space and cool technology. ⭐ 1 more star for actually refunding my deposit. If you're retired or have the budget for this service, I’m sure they’d provide a great relaxation experience. But if you're in your 20s with decent skin, it's probably best to focus on your own skincare routine and just treat yourself to a facial every now and then. No need to commit to a long-term contract for something you don’t actually need. That’s it. Thanks, but never again. I felt like a rabbit in a tiger cage. Also, does anyone even check after the system generates an automated response to these negative ratings? lol

The atmosphere is very tranquility. The staffing is very professional n knowledge about what they're doing and about their job. I recommend anyone that wants to treat their selves to a special self care, try SKINTECH Spa, you will never regret.

I love Skintech Spa! The ladies are always smiling, ready to serve, and make you feel the most beautiful you. Anita, the treatment manager, does everything possible to make sure you are getting what you want and makes rounds to follow up with all the clients. Her counterpart at the front desk is a scheduling guru :). They make an amazing team!!

I do not recommend this spa. The staff are very kind, attentive, and polite, but I feel like their main focus is on selling products rather than actually helping with your skin or addressing the issues on your face. It feels like selling is their priority, which might be because they get bonuses or incentives. Unfortunately, this made the experience less helpful and not worth it for me.
