The staff was nice. This appointment was scheduled a month in advance. I’ve been struggling with hidradenitis for 25 years or more. The Dr was unhappy to hear that I have no faith in any Dr due to my previous experience with treatment and when explaining to him my experience, he completely shut me out on my experience and why I don’t have faith in Doctors. He told me he didn’t like my attitude about Drs, instead of assuring me he can help me or make me feel comfortable to want to go through with a surgery. My experience is my experience. It hasn’t been a good nor fun journey, just when I think I going to get help the help I need. I arrived on time and completed my paperwork online 2 days in advance and had to wait 40 mins before I was even seen. If you’re really concerned with my body, you shouldn’t have an issue with hearing about my experience or how concerned I am with who’s treating me! I don’t understand why there was so much back and forth about my body and my experience with other Drs. I was trying to gain trust with a Dr I just met. I’m not happy with todays service at all.

Extremely unprofessional small office that overbooks parents. Scheduled appointment, arrive early and must wait over 40 minutes. I’d avoid this place at all cost if you value your time and money.

Dr Pekarev is AMAZING and his staff is extremely helpful and kind. If you want a Dr that truly cares about your quality of life then you can trust this team to always do what’s best for you. When I had my motor vehicle accident I went thru the toughest times in my life- thanks to Dr Pekarev and his commitment to my outcome I was able to save my arm from being amputated. He truly cares about all his patients and is extremely reassuring which helped me pull thru this tough time. I forgot the name of his PA but she was also amazing- I trust this team with my life !

Dr. Max is fantastic doctor! I am very happy with his services and his attention to detail and well being of patients. It was a long journey for me but we finally got through it, Monica was a great nurse and assistant too and was always attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. The rest of the staff were great too, always friendly, smiling and well knowledgeable, if I had to get another surgery I would definitely come back here. 5 out 5 stars
