U.S. Dermatology Partners Keller

Over before it even began… We were recommended this office and decided to give them a call to the number on Google for the Beach St location. After. Wing on hold for almost 40 minutes decided to use the callback feature. I received a call that went straight to voicemail (thanks new iPhone software that avoids unknown calls, even the ones you do want) and returned the call to the number they called from. After another 30 minutes on hold, finally was answered but told “hold on, let me transfer you to the right location”, but then the exact same answering prompts came up. I pressed the option to make an appointment and after almost 25 minutes on hold they picked up… then told “let me transfer you to the right location… one more time the answering prompts came up… I pressed the option to make an appointment again, I now been on hold for 35 minutes and now instead of someone picking up I’m getting a “please leave a message and we’ll call you back”… it’s ok, thank you. It I think we’ll find another office. One that patients don’t have to waste hours of their day to try to make an appointment. Might wanna check what’s up with that answering thing… not necessarily bad feedback, but hope it helps fixed whatever that was that could potentially lose you customers… I know it did it for my family.

Shout out to Bryson and team! It has been a beautiful experience working with them treating my acne. I was given the care and treatment I never knew available. I have dealt with acne all my life and they really took good care of me. Words are not enough to express how much I appreciated that.

I definitely recommend US Dermatology Partners. The staff are friendly and organized. The office is nice and very clean. I didn’t have a long wait time during appointments. Dr. Jana Atkins is awesome and always makes me feel comfortable.

I have seen NP Jana Atkins for several years and she is efficient, sweet, and highly knowledgeable about acne. My skin has never been more clear! The staff are lovely and kind to each other as well!

I have been to the Keller US Dermatology twice for severe eczema. The last visit was on 12/5/24 & they were going to send in a script. As of 2/12 they still haven't. I tried calling twice today and got a scheduler that cannot speak to anything medical and they could not transfer me to the office either. Do not give them you money, they do not follow up on what they say they are going to do.
