We had a great experience coming USDP. Dr. Durham was great and she took care of my husband’s concerns. She was very respectful and very knowledgeable. We left the office with no concerns! If we have any future skin concerns we will definitely go back to see her! 1000% will recommend her to anyone!

This practice would do well to FIRE Kathryn Durham. She is grossly negligent, rushed, dismissive and even went as far as to continue cutting into a cyst after SEVERAL screams of pain, and letting her know everything could be felt. I looked at HER Google reviews… and am not surprised. I wished I had looked prior to the procedure. The majority of her reviews are 1 star, and 80% of them share an almost identical experience. For the sake of your practice, and the sake of your patients, I suggest you FIRE Kathryn.

I arrived at 3:10pm on 2-6-25 for my 3:30pm appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful with me checking in. I was seen around 3:33pm. I was explain by staff members of what was going to be done. DR Marra explain the procedure and was very through of what he was going to do. He answered all of my questions and I was satisfied with everybody's explanations. Excellent service 👏 from the time I went in and the time I left.

Terrible experience!! I do not recommend Dr Durham or US Dermatology. I went to Dr Durham because my regular doctor had to take some time off. Dr Durham saw me for a total of 3 minutes! No exaggeration! Would not listen to my concerns and she did not take care of my problem and I had to go back to my regular doctor to get the problem resolved. I am cash pay and I paid my bill when leaving. Then got another bill for $80 more. I feel this company and Dr Durham just want the numbers and the $$$!

I have previously seen Amanda Bell, who is awesome, but unfortunately will not be back due to my follow up experience with Durham. Amanda suggested having my cyst removed by Durham because Amanda does not perform these procedures. Most TRAUMATIC and awful experience I’ve ever had in health care. I went in to have a small cyst removed, and without explaining anything about the procedure to me, Durham started squeezing the area to the point of me having to ask her multiple times to stop because it was so painful. She proceeded to “numb” the area, but before the numbness could take affect, she immediately started cutting into the area, and I shouted that I could feel pain and asked multiple times for her to stop, but she proceeded to keep cutting. Finally, she told me “give me a minute” and grabbed pliers to pull the remaining cyst out AND I FELT EVERY SINGLE MOMENT OF IT. Having asked her now multiple times to stop, she finally “numbed” the area again before sewing it up (again, before the area was completely numb). Will be reporting her to the medical board for absolute lack of care and negligence. She gave me absolutely no aftercare details, and put a Band-Aid over stitches. I would 1000% give her negative star reviews. The most important decision of your life could be not going here. Please don’t go and support this type of negligence, behavior and gross misconduct.
