Had purchased laser treatment package year back , initial 2 sessions were good so went ahead got my facial done which was okay as I developed rashes but the worst was when I got my 2nd facial with them. Really got bad vibes from the lady who did facial,she had really unpleasant behavior from start, the light pulses she used on my skin damaged my face left side. She was whole time putting light pulses on my left side I couldn’t talk as my mouth was covered with a plastic mask,I tried communicating with my hands then she stopped and finished the facial soon. I developed a light wrinkle on left side after that ,I was so upset when I went for my laser treatments after few days, confronted her but she flatly denied and started stating what creams and procedures she did but it’s all on paper actually I didn’t see so. I had to visit dermatologist after that for treatment.I had to avoid facials on my skin for few months for my skin to heal. I didn’t go to their place after that even though I had 1-2 laser sessions remaining. Really thought I was in safe hands, completely disappointed and won’t visit them again. Ma’am I m clarifying again I mentioned the plastic mask she used to cover just my mouth region when giving the red light, that damaged my skin on one side as a result had to go to dermatologist over span of few months.She may have applied as you mentioned papaya or any mask but point is my skin got damaged.Had worst facial experience.Hope you understand !!

Great customer service. Nice, clean facility. I was serviced by Ladan. This was my first time getting laser hair removal treatment. She made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. I will be back!

I had the best experience at Avanti! Sommer did my Genesis laser treatment and she was wonderful! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was so sweet and my skin looks and feels amazing! I can’t wait to go back!
