I had a fantastic experience with Tony and the entire team at Dermatology Consultants of Frisco. Tony was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough in explaining every step of my cosmetic procedure. He made me feel completely at ease and answered all my questions in detail. Now, three weeks post-procedure, I’m thrilled with my results—they look so promising! I also want to give a big thank you to the office staff. They were friendly, efficient, and so positive. We had an awesome experience with Dr Eric weisburg. Timely appointment and very less wait time. My daughter’s acne improved after just 1 visit. We are very satisfied with the service.

I’m not please that I needed and was prescribed a smaller once med. when asked about a larger one - like what was prescribed 3 years ago, I was advised it didn’t come in a larger size. I got the larger one because I live in OKLAHOMA. It’s unacceptable to be lied to or misinformed. It’s such an inconvenience I can come back in a month, but I decided not to as that didn’t sit well with me. I thought maybe they just want me to schedule a follow up to get more money out of me. Same thing with the prescription. I’m not happy at all as that wasn’t in my best interest.

Be aware of when going to this office that they will be the maximum amount possible for your visit to the insurance. We went for a followup visit here and was charged $277 just to speak with a doctor for 9 minutes. We literally fell off the chair when we got the bill in the mail for this visit. When we called to find out why, "courtney" in the billing office offered no additional information other than to tell us to contact our insurance company. If she would of taken 5 mins to explain it to me, we would of understood. I asked her what do they charge someone if they didnt have insurance and she declined to answer. I asked other questions to her as well and she was rude, condescending and would not offer any additional information. Kept repeating " contact the insurance company" and would not offer any additional info regardless of what I asked. Finally just hung up. VERY UNETHICAL. Also the first time we went here the wait time was over an hour to see the doctor do to a "staffing" issue. I guess their time is more valuable than mine.

Tony is amazing. I moved to Texas and broke out in a horrible rash. I could not stop itching and it was painful. I thought I had shingles. I called so many dermatologists and none could get me in for weeks. I called them and they got me in that day! I’ve been there two years and not a day goes by, that I am not thankful for this office. Found out I’m allergic to the cedar here in Texas. He is kind, concerned and communicates very well. You have to go here. You will not regret it.
