Katherine is hands down the most caring, knowledgeable health advisor I’ve ever encountered. She is so knowledgeable, always learning, and always takes time to find the root cause of your concerns, not just a prescription band aid. She has seen me through many trials and tribulations both personally and health-wise and I cannot imagine having another advocate for a healthier life by my side. Thank you Katherine.

I’ve been to this office twice. I’m a very loyal patient, so I tried a second appointment just to give it a chance. The way Mylisa speaks to me has been very belittling and unprofessional. Both appointments, she compared me to her daughter and began telling me how her daughter isn’t taking birth control, how she will get pregnant even if she’s careful, etc. Just information that I don’t need or want to know. If I choose not to take birth control, it’s my choice. I don’t need to be lectured each time about how I could* get pregnant. I definitely know how it works as a mother of two. 🤣 She also seems very inconvenienced by patients. In my first visit, she said that they do sick visits virtually because “their office was tired of getting sick”. I definitely get it. I wouldn’t want to be sick either. But. She could have just said, “We do sick visits virtually” and left it at that. Also, there was a male medical student assisting for my last visit. He was never introduced to me. I just read his name tag. I felt so uncomfortable the entire time because I was there for UTI symptoms. I didn’t want to talk to a man about my symptoms. That’s why I chose a female provider. The office is just very unorganized and unprofessional. Both visits, I’ve left feeling very frustrated. Also, at both appointments, there have been people in the waiting area visibly frustrated because they had been there for over 15 minutes without anyone speaking to them.

I absolutely LOVE the gals in this office. I went in for weight loss help. I have lost 55 pounds!!! The staff is very sweet, always encouraging you. If I had concerns, my questions were answered quickly. I am 51 years old, and I have the body of a 25 year old. This is an amazing place and staff. I highly recommend you stop by!!!

Katherine is BY FAR the most caring and compassionate person I've ever seen in healthcare. Might be the most caring human in general. She's so incredibly kind and wants nothing more than for you to feel your best and be the best version of you that you can be. I've never had someone listen so intently, do everything in her power to help and validate your feelings. She is so passionate about her job and literally has a glow around her. Hearing "we WILL figure this out," almost brought me to tears. She is so knowledgeable and will run in depth bloodwork. The office is very efficient, put together and the staff is just as kind and caring. If I could give her 10000 stars I would. I cannot recommend her and this practice enough. I know finding someone like this in healthcare is hard but I have truly, finally found the right person and will sing her praises. If you're looking for someone new, Katherine is IT. Go see her, you wont regret it.
