Lone Star Plastic Surgery: Dr. Sean Hill

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Dr. Sean Hill is absolutely amazing—professional, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. From the initial consultation to the post-op follow-ups, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Hill took the time to understand my goals, answer all my questions, and ensure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. The results are beyond what I imagined—beautiful, natural-looking, and perfectly tailored to my body. His staff was also incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the journey. I would 100% recommend Dr. Sean Hill to anyone considering breast augmentation. He’s the best!

The office and team are great! It’s been a little over 2 years since my breast reduction, and I am not happy with my results. No blood work done before procedure in case of an emergency. I asked and they said they’d do it while at the hospital which didn’t happen while I was awake so not sure if it ever got taken. My areolas aren’t the same! One is circle shaped with like a cut almost mid area as if it were sliced in 2 different parts. While the other is an oval shape with some bumps around it, and an ugly scar. They were perfect before my procedure. They still hurt with any touch as if they are going to be ripped off! I did mention to Dr.Hill at one of my last visits he said he could refer me to a cosmetic tattoo artist to fix them for me, but I refused because I couldn’t afford it. Medicaid paid for my procedure as it was a medical necessity due to back pain, but regardless it was still paid for. If it were done correctly I wouldn’t need to have it fixed. If my self esteem was low now it’s even lower. I’m afraid to even show my breast. Other people’s pictures looked great and awesome reviews which is why I chose Dr.Hill, but from my personal experience I regret doing it. Do your research really good!!

Dr. Hill and his staff are incredible. They showed the utmost professionalism through the entire process from my very first office visit until the final post-surgery checkup. They made me feel at ease during the consultations, and always kept me informed about the expected results from the procedure I wanted. The outcome was far better than what I had initially imagined, and I am still very pleased 6 months later. I highly recommend Dr. Hill and Lone Star Plastic Surgery.

Alexandra is absolutely amazing! I have been to her for 2 facials now, and every time I leave I am more impressed. My skin has never looked better. Alex is incredible! I had skin pen done on my face to treat old acne scars, and to help tighten and rejuvenate my skin. The results for just the first treatment are amazing! Alex made the procedure super comfortable, and explained everything in what to expect and what skincare products to use afterwards. Skin pen has very little down time, with only a few days of my face being red/pink. A perfect treatment to do at the end of the week and be back to normal the following Monday. I highly recommend skin pen with Alex!
