Absolutely the best experience I have ever had from a Botox/Dysport business. From the moment I walked in and was greeted to the time I left. The girls here make me feel so special. They were professional and kind. I was not pressured to buy more than I needed. I was consulted as to what I wanted and what was needed to get those results. This place is a blessing. Thank you so much!!

My first two visits at the East End facility were great. I’m looking forward to continued care with this friendly team. From check-in to APN staff, it was a comfortable experience. Lauren took time to answer all of my questions. The office is clean and inviting, which is always a plus. I received the Meyer cocktail infusion aka “the banana bag”.

I am extremely disappointed with Pure Med Spa in Frisco. I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my credit card for a subscription that we never signed up for. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with their customer service, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. This experience has not only caused financial distress but has also severely undermined my trust in this establishment. It is unacceptable for any business to engage in such deceptive practices. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and vigilant when dealing with Pure Med Spa. This kind of unethical behavior should not be tolerated.

My recent Botox treatment was outstanding, truly deserving a 5-star rating. The injector Kasha was a true professional, offering a comfortable and reassuring experience from start to finish. Her skillful technique resulted in a seamless procedure with immediate, natural-looking results. I appreciated the personalized care and the detailed aftercare instructions provided!

Loved my experience with Taylor!! I got a hydra facial and she was so thoughtful and explained everything she was doing to me. The spa was clean and very friendly. Great place and I would recommend to anyone!! Also my skin looks flawless!
