They recently moved and their new location is beautiful. They are now offering IV therapy as well. Staff is friendly and listens to all your concerns and does a great job at meeting all your needs. I definitely recommend this Med Spa for all your beauty services.

The staff were friendly and professional. Their candela laser did not hurt for hair removal. They marked the areas for Botox before giving it to achieve a good result. I will definitely go back!

Went there today first time. Good customer service but they charge a $25 consultation fee. Let me tell you something: they didn’t talk about a single thing. She came, asked where to sit, which arm to put and put it and left. There was not even a single hint of consultation at all. I am happy with the service and not happy that I have to pay for something that was useless and wasted.

I had hoped that it would be great. Staff was nice… I got Botox and not only do I have a Burts vain , one side is dropping on my eyelid.. I had Botox before and never had these side affects.. I will not be coming back.

I would rather give them a 0 but I am forced to give a one. These people are very unprofessional and I have a bad experience with them. Each time I let them slide and take it as not a big deal but now I feel as if I am forced to speak of what they have done. I did a laser in there old location the manager was very nice and it was all good until then I asked for the same person to do my laser instead of a random person every time. Although I feel there is a problem with the employers because they hire a new person every time , Any ways I also let this happen and didn’t complain knowing that the store could be going through a rough spot. Then atop all this I go again and the machine breaks (The heat was to high and it was forced to stop) which is a MASSIVE problem which could have ended with severe problems and they wasted my time. I was late last time by about 7-10 minutes and they decide to call me and said there is a 50$ fee that comes with being late which I can get past but the lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. She had a clear attitude and was frustrated when I said that she has to be calm and professional when talking to clients. Alright I would pay the fee but when the machine broke they decided to give another appointment even though this was a big safety hazard and they said they had it “all under control” but now when I don’t pay a fee they decide to cancel all my appointments that I payed for. All in all I would not recommend unless your trying to get bad service.
