I had a fantastic experience getting a beard facial with Marcinda at X’clusive looks. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each product she was using, which made me feel confident and well-informed. Our conversations were easy and enjoyable, and she created a comfortable atmosphere throughout the whole session. My beard has never felt better, and I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of.
