Dr. Shabnam is amazing! Been a patient for years, she cares deeply, is highly intelligent and informed, and works hard to get the best outcomes. Finds ways to work with insurance, finds discounts when needed, and gives cutting-edge care.
Dr. Shabnam Is an excellent provider. She and her staff are professional, kind, and proficient at what they do. I would highly recommend Dr. Shabnam If you are looking for a primary care physician.
Absolute waste of time. I was told the doctor would be able to continue my prescription of compound semaglutide from another provider. What they fail to mention is that they’ll only fill it at a specific pharmacy that charges $350+ a month. They will not send a script to any other compound pharmacy because they “don’t do that.” Seems like they’re just in it for the money instead of actually helping patients continue current care.
The office was lovely and staff was wonderful. Doctor is kind and understanding and showed concern for my health in a professional manner. I was very comfortable with my visit. Convenient that the blood work was right next door.
My husband cares for my mother in law, I'm a PA by profession so I stayed out of it. My mother in law did her labs and didn't follow up. We understand that's frustrating. We waited for an appointment for 3 months to reschedule and finally got her seen. My husband went with her and the visit was overwhelming but thorough. At the follow up we scheduled a visit as my MIL was having acid reflux and discomfort. Dr. Saba Shabnam ordered some labs and referred to cardio and GI. My mil has an HMO so we decided to help to find providers. Cardio saw her. GI cannot see her until October. So, we called back and informed the staff. No change no action taken. I decided to get involved. Ordered an h. Pylori (which the doctor forgot to order) and I called the staff. They didn't reply. I paged after hours and Dr. Shabnam got aggressive. She wanted to see my MIL in office. When I asked why? She said to examine her. Well you examined her 6/19 and no h. Pylori test done and now it's 7/20 and we have no hope of treatment. She's still sick. To expect myself or my husband to leave work to bring her in again you can do the treatment (and charge the insurance again) when you should have ordered the test to begin with was outrageous. She reluctantly wrote the meds and My mother in law started treatment and went in for her follow up without my husband or myself and was dismissed. Dr. Shabnam was hostle because someone else helped my mother in law when she failed to do so. We weren't upset she missed the test. We just wanted her care managed until GI could see her. So...she fired my mother in law after the last visit. Dr. Shabnam is in this for the money. We went to the specialist she told us to go to. She failed to order the test so I did. I didn't start her treatment, we asked Dr. Shabnam to do the treatment. So she got upset. Instead of apologizing for missing the test and moving forward like we're willing to, she retaliated by firing my mother in law. Don't send your parents here thinking she speaks the language and will help your parents. She's a rude selfish provider.
