Clean and nice inside of this building. Staff were polite. Fast appointment, it did not take long for me to be seen. It didn’t feel rushed either. I chose to go to this dermatology practice because I live close to here and I was suffering from dry scalp/dandruff for many years. I used to feel sooo insecure of my hair because of the dandruff being visible in my hair and falling onto my clothes and everywhere. It was embarrassing lol, I wanted to shave my head 😭 My scalp would be soooo itchy no matter if I washed it with other prescribed shampoo or tried other products. Dr. Nailing put me on the perfect regimen for my scalp and I am seeing an improvement!!!! My scalp feels relief finally and I feel more confident in my hair! As you can see in pictures, my scalp is not flaky or dry. Thank you so much! I am so grateful. 😇

I just arrive at the store at 4:33 in the afternoon and was told by the receptionist that she has closed the cash register because even if the close at 5:00 like the door has hours posted on it, she has to be out of there by 5. What kind of service is this, if people can't make it before 4:45. I will not come back again and I will let everyone that I know not to come to this shop.

Staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. PA Nailing listens. If he doesn’t agree with my internet diagnosed, he lets me know. 🧐🙂‍↕️. My nurse is usually Cameron and she is also professional and super nice. The facility is in a handy location right off East Central Expressway, and is clean. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful.

I called and I told receptionist I had a questionable spot on my chest. She was able to get me in the next day. The staff was very pleasant and I had a biopsy done that day! Great staff!!!!!

Best Dermatologist! I had a wonderful 1st visit. I was educated on many questions I had, and how to choose the right prescription for my needs. Very pleasant experience. I was not rushed through my appointment at all and my dermatologist also explained how to take my prescriptions. Additionally, the instructions were written down on a post it for me. this is the 2nd day I have been using topical ointments and an oral medication. I already feel better and noticed my skin feels smoother and tighter. Office was a clean atmosphere and amazing service. I'm happy I came here, I don't regret it at all.
