Checking in was easy, I was takin to a room by my appointment time. Seen in my room quickly. Very pleasant and professional. My Dr. talked with me and prescribed medication explaining how to use it. Asking if I had any questions! Also telling me if I didn’t have good results to call him and we’d try something else! I was very impressed from start to finish! Highly recommended!

The front staff are not necessarily “friendly;” they act like someone forced them to do their job. Newsflash: no one did! It’s also IMPOSSIBLE for them to return calls. If you’re promising to return phone calls within a couple days, then I expect that promise to be followed… Warning: If you’re choosing this clinic, please be warned that you will be ignored consistently. ☺️ Best of luck to this practice, because I’m still pondering why they’re still there.

Professional and friendly front office staff. Dr. Tisdall’s personal staff were also very friendly and helpful. They were quick to follow up on any questions or concerns I had and to provide everything Dr. Tisdall requested for me.

I had the C02 Fractional laser resurfacing treatment done. It was very intense, but it made a huge difference in my skin, the texture, toning and firmness. I am so pleased with my results. Dr Tim Cragun is the best. I totally trust him and he was only looking out for my best interest. I would never have had this done if it wasn’t for him. I highly recommend him.
