My name is Jaime, I went to studio 360 today and I had an amazing experience. I went in and everything went so seamlessly from the amazing ladies at the front saying hi and being so sweet to saying goodbye. My treatment with Jayme was amazing, painless, and I understood everything that I should expect. Thank yall so much! I will definitely be back!

Studio 360 Med Spa is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease by their warm and professional team. The spa itself is beautifully designed, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere that instantly puts you in relaxation mode. A special shoutout to Chanel, my aesthetician, who is truly amazing at what she does. Chanel’s expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care make every visit a wonderful experience. She takes the time to understand my skin goals and tailors each treatment to fit my specific needs. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she also has such a calming and friendly demeanor that makes every session enjoyable. Chanel’s recommendations have transformed my skin! She always explains the process clearly and ensures I feel comfortable throughout. I trust her completely, and her results speak for themselves, my skin has never looked or felt better. If I could leave zero stars I would. I am honestly in shock at the way I was treated and the way things are going at the Med Spa right now. I have been coming here for years and have recommended so many friends and family here. I walked into my laser appointment the other day and immediately knew that something was off. Whenever I was getting my laser treatment done, I could immediately tell that she did not know what she was doing and it did not compare to the same laser treatments I have received in the past by laser technicians that work there. I leave my laser appointment and come to find out, the lady that did my laser does not even have an esthetician license or a license to do laser on patients!!!! Now all of a sudden myself and other friends that go to this Spa are receiving text messages saying our future appointments have been cancelled and we will not be eligible for refunds for the services we paid for. Very upset, when choosing a med spa, look elsewhere.

Wonderful experience and results. So far I have had 3 BBL laser treatments with Stephani. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and every time I leave booking a new appointment with her. I love how my skin looks and feels! It is truly brighter. I’m very happy with results and looking forward to additional services. The office is cute and the woman who works the front desk is always super pleasant. If you're in search of a beauty med spa, look no further! :)

I love this place! Princess is an amazing aesthetician who listens and informs. I'm always impressed with her ability to go into detail about different procedures/options/outcomes. I'm totally thrilled when I leave, knowing whatever she's done will be just enough, never too little or too much. She's truly an expert. The front desk staff is warm and friendly, and the boutique is full of great finds. Highly recommend this med spa!!
