Martha is so professional and excellent at her job. i’ve had several treatments by her and i am so happy with all of them. very relaxing and clean environment. absolutely recommend.

If you want a relaxing, stress free place to go for a facial, THIS PLACE IS NOT IT. The facial service was fine but the bedside manners were awful. Not only did this woman make me sign a hippa form, she violated it herself by discussing my health issues with a family member that also went for a facial, making both of us feel uncomfortable. I messaged her privately and her response was pardon her because she sees clients as daughters and tries to help their issues. UNACCEPTABLE! I went to this place to relax and left feeling very uncomfortable. It’s a shame because the place looks very clean and cute but the questions I was being asked about my health were uncalled for during a facial.

Poor customer service she had no bedside manner at all. I purchased a voucher 3 days prior to me even coming and I arrived 15 mins ahead of my appointment. Showing her all my information she still gave me a dirty look and did nothing to make this situation better she just rushed me out of the door. I think it’s a little underline race issue looking at all the other reviews. I would never visit or refer anyone to that place it was a disgusting exchange and I hope she learns customer service skills asap

Martha does a professional job. Have been to her several times and so has my daughter. She is friendly and polite.

Martha very very welcoming! I’ve had Botox before but opted to get dysport due to my results. She was very educating on why certain things don’t work with our bodies sometimes. I will definitely be back for many esthetic services
