The service that was provided was good. The environment fair. Cleanliness? I’m unsure. I didn’t see a sink anywhere for hand hygiene.. although I wasn’t looking super hard either. Although Sam seemed very nice. Not sure if I would recommend this place or come back. Edit** most of the flaking from my face is gone now and the redness has resolved. my face looks more textured/scarred. I know these are not previous scars because they are in the shape of the microneedling head. Im pretty sure holding the device in one spot for 3-5 seconds and moving on to the next is not evidenced based practice. I will not be coming back here.

I’ve been getting my microneedling from Juliana and absolutely LOVE her! She’s super knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to my treatments with her and I’m super picky about where I go and cleanliness. She shows me the needles every time and how they’re new and clean straight from the autoclave packet. I’ve never had a bad experience or reaction to the treatments except improvements with my skin. HIGHLY recommend this place as they have the best people and prices in town!

Juliana did an amazing and thorough microneedling treatment on my face. I am very pleased with the quality of care she administered to me and her professionalism was top notch. I started treatment here about a month ago, and I love it! They have great deals on laser hair removal, I was able to get a great package. They are very detailed and go over evertuthing with you. They make you feel very comfortable! They have great communication you can text and call them which is great when you're super busy. Claudia performs my treatments and she is so sweet and caring. She makes you feel super comfortable! I am stuck here for the rest of the year for my following sessions and I couldn't be happier!

I researched other med spas and because of our talk, I choose this place. Today, I went in for a laser treatment and was so pleased with my service, and her professionalism. She is an educated medical technician and also has a masters in education. I highly recommend this business. Also, what impressed me is that they are in the business of doing great services and do not push products. In fact, they barely had any and if requested would be willing to order some online for you.
